The second screen has now been created. This screen is shown when a correct employee ID has been entered into the first screen.
The idea is that the employee information is passed to the second screen when a button is pressed on the first screen. On the second screen, the user enters the significance of 4 coronavirus symptoms.
As there are plenty of Coronavirus symptoms and this information changes quite frequently. The app has been designed to quickly change a symptom if need be.
Below is the screen which has been designed. As you can see the screen is again made to be very simple. Each icon will be pressed on to enter the details. When the details are added they will be stored in the Common Data Service (the backend database which has been decided to be used, more information on Part1).
